Financial Planning
Everyone has dreams and goals and desires for mountains of wealth
and living happily ever after. It doesnt just happen. You
have to take steps to make it happen.
Ask yourself these questions:
Where are your assets held and how are they titled?
For example, what do you own of value in real estate, retirement accounts,
brokerage accounts, etc?
What changes do you anticipate in your lifestyle?
What major purchases or vacations, if any, are in your future?
What do you want to accomplish short-term and long-term personally
and professionally?
How much risk in relation to return are you comfortable with?
How are your loved ones protected in the event of your death?
Are your charitable intentions realized in your estate plan?
What will the estate taxes be today and at different points in the
future?
How will they be paid?
How do you want to plan for possibilities of illness or death?
Do you want or need insurance, such as life insurance to pay estate
taxes,
or long-term care insurance to protect assets?
Do you plan to retire, and if so, when?
